Healthy Air Fryer Recipes
The lighter recipes on this site are salmon, white fish, chicken breast, pork chops, tofu, cauliflower, and the omelette. They use about a tablespoon of oil for the batch, or none in the case of wings-style dryness, instead of a pot of frying oil. Each recipe page shows an estimated calorie, protein, carb, fat, fiber, and sodium figure from typical USDA values. Those figures are estimates, not a lab label.
What “less oil” does and does not mean
Air frying is not automatically a low-calorie meal. A breaded fried chicken recipe and a large portion of fries are still substantial. The recipes gathered here are the ones built on a lean protein or a vegetable, with a measured spoon of oil. Read the estimated nutrition on the recipe before you treat the word healthy as a number.
Sodium is the quiet part. Soy sauce on tofu and a teaspoon of salt on a small batch move the sodium figure more than the oil does. The estimate on each page includes the salt written in that recipe.
How these relate to the other hubs
Chicken breast lives here and on the chicken hub. Salmon lives here and on the salmon hub. The hubs answer different questions: this one is “which of your recipes are the lighter ones,” and the chicken page is “which chicken method do I want.” The recipe page is where you cook.

Questions
Are air fryer recipes healthier than deep-frying?
They use much less oil than a deep fryer when the recipe is written that way. A tablespoon on a batch is not a pot of oil. It is not a free pass on portion size, breading, or salt. Use the estimated nutrition on the individual recipe.
Which healthy air fryer recipe is highest in protein?
Among the published recipes, the plain chicken breast and the pork chops are the highest-protein plates per serving in the estimates. Open the recipe for the rounded figure. The estimates are not a lab analysis.
