Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz / 170 g each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt and black pepper
- 1 lemon, for serving
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and rub with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Place the fillets skin-side down in a single layer, not touching.
- Air fry for 7–9 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily.
- Rest 2 minutes and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
Tips
- No need to flip — the hot air cooks the top evenly.
- Thicker fillets (1 in+) may need 1–2 extra minutes; always check the internal temp.
