Vegetarian Air Fryer Recipes
The vegetarian recipes published here are extra-firm tofu, cauliflower, a three-egg omelette, and both french fry methods. Tofu and the fry recipes are the high-heat 380–400°F cooks. The omelette is 350°F in a pan, not loose in the basket. This page lists those recipes. It is not a second copy of any one of them.
What “vegetarian” includes here
Tofu and cauliflower, as written, are vegan if you skip the optional cheese on the cauliflower. The omelette uses eggs and cheddar. The fries are meat-free. Homemade fries are vegan as written. Frozen fries usually are, and some brands use beef tallow, so the bag is the authority for that one.
Chicken, salmon, white fish, and pork are on their own hubs. They are not listed here.
A useful order if you are new to it
Cauliflower is the most forgiving side. Frozen fries are the most forgiving starch. Tofu needs a press and cornstarch or it steams. The omelette needs a vessel that does not seal the basket. Start with the one that matches the constraint you actually have.
